Export Service Standards

Export Service Standards for Full Container Uplift:

  • For container uplifts destined for Fergusson Port, we kindly ask for pre-advice or accompanying documentation to be submitted at least two working days prior to the planned uplift date. This allows us sufficient time to secure the necessary Vehicle Booking Systems (VBS) to gain entry into the port. For uplifts scheduled on Mondays, we extend this notice period to three working days.
  • To guarantee timely uplifts from Fergusson Port in the morning, the containers must be accessible starting at 6 a.m. This ensures that we can acquire the necessary VBS slots. If your container needs to be uplifted by 12 p.m., but isn’t accessible from 6 a.m., we will make every effort to meet your requirements but cannot guarantee it.
  • For containers headed to Metroport, please forward all necessary documentation or pre-advice at least one day before the uplift date. Timely submission allows us to confirm your booking without any delays.

  • If your containers are designated for Multi-Cargo Port, please provide a standard carters’ note along with a signed VGM (Verified Gross Mass) document. We cannot process the uplift into the port without these essential documents.

By adhering to these guidelines, you help us ensure a seamless and efficient export process, optimizing both our performance and your supply chain. Thank you for your cooperation.
